"They have been super friendly, and have been great at giving me any information I needed on my policies. I just recently purchased a new boat. "Seth’s Napoleon complex prevents him and his office from exhibiting any form of accountability when addressing concerns. He will simply bully you into not expressing yourself. They will reply “call us to address your concerns” but only continue to apologize for how their behavior makes you feel, not their behavior."
